How do we work?

Everyone controls their own schedule

We organize the work to give people as much uninterrupted time as possible. There are calls during the week that you'll need to be on for, but outside of those, you decide your work hours.

We fail forward and constantly optimize

Things go wrong. We catch problems early, fix them, and apply what we learned.

We don't spend all day in meetings

We default to writing things down. When a meeting does happen, there's a clear reason for it and a clear outcome expected from it.

We're a flat organization

Anyone here can talk to anyone, including executives. Decisions go to the people closest to the work.

We hire doers

Remote work depends on self-direction. We hire people who can own an outcome and follow through without being chased.

We live balanced, wholesome lives

Burnout costs more than it saves. We work hard, and we make sure people actually rest.
